This condo features a beautiful layout, wherein the kitchen opens beautifully into the main living area. Sliding glass doors lead you to the spacious patio, complete with a dining and grill area. Dine comfortably for four at the outside dining table, or simply enjoy the slower pace of beach life lounging right next to the pool. The sunsets from this patio are absolutely breathtaking!

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, beautiful hardwood cabinets, and an island perfect for cooking and entertaining. It also comes with all of the comforts of home, including a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator and stove. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet with a safe for storing your valuables, and an en-suite bathroom, complete with beautiful tile, a large shower, and plenty of vanity space. The second bedroom features closets and two twin beds that can be converted into Queen. There is an in-unit laundry room with full size washer and dryer. All rooms enjoy air conditioning, but feel free to open the windows and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing along the beach!

This home is located in El Destino Condominiums, a very desirable and private development that has only 5 units total, giving you plenty of space and privacy in the gorgeous pool, lush gardens, and other common areas. The unit is located on the main floor and overlooks the gorgeous pool and gardens. There is parking available and 24-security.

El Destino is located right on the beach of Playa Potrero, which is known for its warm, gentle waters and family-friendly beaches. Along Playa Potrero you can enjoy swimming, paddle boarding, boogie boarding, kayaking, fishing, sailing, snorkeling, horseback riding, or simply lounging in the sun. For those wishing to take sailing lessons, there is a sailing school approximately 400 meters north along the beach. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance along the beach, and several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and fruit stands within walking distance from this condo in the town of Surfside Estates/Potrero.

Medical, dental, and pharmacy services are located within a five-minute drive. This home is also located within 5 minutes of the famous beaches of Playa Flamingo, Playa la Penca, Playa Prieta, and Playa Azúcar (“Sugar Beach”). You cannot go wrong with this home’s location!!   Nice property, only 5 condos so pool never crowded.JoVe was very responsive with our questions like "Why are there no chairs" (sent 2) and "why is there no table except outside" (sent a plastic card table). We bought 2 chairs locally on our own. Pool very clean, Dilmar the on site manager kept the lawn like a golf green, very pleasant. Most expensive rental in the area, altho not the best unit in the area. The maid only got there 1 time in 3 weeks. Contrary to the listing in the Krain website there is no elevator in the bldg, altho being on the ground floor we don't need it. The pent house is along way up though altho Dilmar will carry your luggage (we're 79).

  This beach front condo was very easy to book once we found it on VRBO. When I made the reservation on VRBO, I was contacted quickly by Krain to receive all necessary info for the house. A few days before our arrival, I was contacted by Tony, our concierge, who gave me the info on finding the keys and entering the property upon arrival. He was available at all times through WhatsApp to answer any questions or make bookings for us. He was very helpful. The condo was clean and had everything my family of 4 could need. The pool, the garden and beach are directly outside the patio doors. Because the high season hasn’t started quite yet, there was virtually no one around which was very peaceful. We walked to multiple very good restaurants for lunch/dinner during our stay so it’s very convenient to go out without having to drive. I can definitely recommend booking this condo.

  Krain doesn't communicate - misleading about unit - picture from second floor but the unit is on first; no dining area inside and picture misleads about dining inside; failed to replace broken item; unit wasn't ready when stated; Most Importantly, did not inform about burglary in building while we were there.   Had a great first-time visit to Costa Rica! The property was beautiful and the beachside location was fantastic. We loved Portrero and the other communities near by. Two minor issues: (1) the master bedroom AC didn't work, but using the second bedroom AC and the living room AC was sufficient. (2) When we arrived, our keys were in a locking container at the property, but we didn't have a combination -- our driver (also booked through Krain) was able to make some calls and resolve the issue, however.
  
  We would definitely consider staying here again!

  Mi familia y mi persona rentamos Casa Las Palmas por 11 dias en Playa Potrero, los chicos de las oficinas muy cordial y super atentos a nuestras necesidades. Lo unico negativo que tengo que comentar es sobre las llaves de la unidad no estan completes no pudimos tener acceso por una las puerta que va hacia la picina y igualmente la chica de la limpieza nos pedia que dejaramos las llave con ella para poder limpieza un poco extraño eso para mi gusto, aparte de ese pequeño detalle, un todo fue muy bien, gracias Sr.Krain Costa Rica.

  We were very satisfied with our stay at this condo. The condo was clean, spacious, kitchen well equipped, great AC, and amazing view. The property was very well maintained, and felt safe the whole time. The pool was convenient, spacious, and the tree located by the beach provided much needed shade.
  The check in process was easy, convenient, & the staff at Krain helped answer questions throughout the stay & help us book jet skis. Very pleased with their service!!
  
  We would definitely recommend this property for a couple or family. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. It was not crowded and gave us the privacy we needed. Most importantly, the nightly sunset at 6:00 PM was spectacular. Perfect way to end each evening.
