This condo is walking distance to several Flamingo restaurants and groceries, and the nearby marina is a great point of departure for any water activities you may want to do during your vacation.

The home offers a fully-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a four-person breakfast bar, indoor dining room table for 4, and all the cooking utensils and small kitchen appliances you need to enjoy your vacation here. The kitchen opens into the main living area, where you can relax in the AC and still have amazing ocean-views and watch the sailboats come back in every evening. The outdoor terrace is perfect place in the morning to have some coffee and watch the pelicans dive for fish.

The bedroom contain custom-made bedroom furniture, high quality mattress, and writing desk just incase you have to attend to some work. The unit has a stackable washer & dryer for washing clothes during your stay.guest. These guest have their own bathroom located in the hall entry.

Enjoy the large onsite tropical pool or beach, or check out the amazing white sand beaches of Playa Flamingo.

This condo is also within walking distance to all of the great Flamingo restaurants! Great location for a vacation. Steps from scuba diving and kayaking. Also available is paddle boarding, boogie boarding, bike rentals, fishing, nearby bars, stores, and night life, casinos, sport fishing, sunset cruises, snorkeling, horseback riding, canopy tours, and championship golf and surfing. There is no need to rent a car if you stay in this condo!

The Flamingo Marina Resort development features 24-hour security and has its own private steps to the famous Monkey Bar, which has a large pool, restaurant, televisions, and swim-up bar for all guests to enjoy.

The condo has easy access with minimal stairs to the unit; right off the paved parking area. To get to the beach requires 4-5 additional flights of stairs.

  On the evening we arrived at the resort the condo was not made up from the previous occupants. Krain advised us that they would reimburse us $300 for our inconvenience. They later told us it would be in cash and they would be by the condo to give us the money. The night before we left an employee sent a message asking what time we were leaving and I told them to come by at 8:30 am. He didn’t arrive until 10am just as we were getting into our shuttle. We wonder what would have happened if we would have left 10 minutes before he arrived, if we would have received the money. Also, our condo was satisfactory but the “resort” was totally was not at all what the pictures on the advertisement showed. It was not well maintained and run down. The pictures showed a Monkey swim up bar which was not operational and a mess. Lounge chairs unpainted and planters broken. I would not recommend the Flamingo Marina resort at all.

  This was a gorgeous condo. Perfect size and a joy to hang out in. Quick drive to surrounding beaches, stores and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the little beach below had some of the best snorkeling I encountered, just be cognizant of the current and rocks. I saw turtle, puffers and porcupine fish and even rays and cuda.

  We rented this property because another property shortened our stay at the last minute and we couldn't have been happier. We loved the location. It was close to restaurants and the Marina and had it's own little beach area if you didn't want to go to Playa Flamingo. The condo was spacious, very clean and the view was awesome. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Costa Rica.

  Don't let the drive up to the condo complex scare you. The outside was very misleading however once into the condo it was very clean. Incredible property and would of loved to stay longer. The property manager was very responsive and helped with food recommendations and planned a excursions for us. Not much of a view for sunsets but has a great view for sunrises from the master bedroom. Would highly recommend staying here.
