The condo has a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances; a bright, open layout where the kitchen opens into the main breakfast bar and living area; a separate dining area with a dining table; a spacious master bedroom with in-suite bathroom; and a second bedroom with a queen sized bed.

Within a privilege location in the middle of beautiful beaches this place is perfect to spend the day in the beach of your choose, only minutes away from your accommodation, being super easy to move from one beach to another and back to the condo.

The Flamingo Towers developments offers two large and beautiful pools, outdoor showers, landscaped gardens, 24-hour security with on-site guards, a covered parking garage with one parking space per unit, and two fully functioning elevators. The development is a quick three-minute drive to Flamingo Beach, where there is an abundance of beachside restaurants, snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding, boogie boarding, kayaking, and fishing. This condo is also a short 5-minute drive to the popular grocery store Super Massai and two excellent local diving shops. Medical, dental, and pharmacy services are also located within a five-minute drive.

  After a full and long day of travel, we arrived in Potrero at Flamingo Towers #24. It was around 7:30 and dark. We had alerted the management company -Krain, that we would be coming in late and they assured us that was not a problem (they had made us sign a rental agreement that included a late check in fee, which we we told them we would not pay - and they agreed). When we got there the entry code for the door didn’t work. We had been told to look for a blue tent to get information and a welcome basket. There was no blue tent, no welcome basket and no one from the management agency to assist us. The Towers and apartments were locked up; there was no front desk and no one on site to assist. I I tried calling 2 numbers I had been given to contact them. No one answered nor responded to my messages. After an hour we located an after hours worker who just happened to have the personal phone # of the Krain apartment manager. After much wrangling the manager provided us with a new lockbox code and we were able to get in. This was incredibly unprofessional of the management company. When I did finally talk to the manager, he apologized and said he would stop by the next morning, bring us some coffee, and would fix the lock box problem. We waited all morning and never saw him nor heard from him again at all during our stay.
  
  I would say that the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, had modest but adequate kitchen utensils, and a breathtaking view. But frankly, the management company soured us deeply on this experience. They were uncommunicative, hard to contact, and non-responsive. We were lucky to even get into the place but for the worker who just happened to be there when we were wandering the premises looking for help. The phone numbers provided to clients like myself for communication and problem solving were a joke. Nothing but empty rings and message boxes and then no call backs.

  The view was amazing and we loved sipping wine on the balcony. We didn't have 4 wheel drive as the description recommended, but we were thankful to have an SUV, as the road was definitely bumpy to arrive there, but it was worth it. The property was well-maintained, although we had a small problem with the A/C that the property manager addressed right away. It was very windy one night and it howled very loudly all night, since it seemed that the windows and doors weren't sealed very well. There was one fan that we put in one bedroom which covered the noise, but the other couple were kept awake by it. It would have been nice to have coffee, or some cream and sugar, but we made due. Also, they had a binder with general information on Costa Rica, but no information on restaurants or activities in Playa Flamingo. That would have been helpful.

  The condo was beautiful and clean but I was never able to get ahold of the host to replace the large water bottle dispenser in the unit. It’s recommended to not drink tap water in Costa and being that they provide filtered water, it should be refilled or atleast half for new guests. Also, the unit does not provide any extras of any kind. They give a coffee maker but not even sugar packets. There is a grocery store just a couple mins away. But for the price you’d expect a little something; at minimum a host who is responsive to their guests.

  Dishwasher nor ice machine didn’t work. The coffee pot leaked, sink plugs were missing , many pot lights burned out ( in the condo and on the balcony), condo upgrades needed ( couches VERY UNCOMFORTABLE ), some pictures on the walls need replacing, wobbly pots need replacing , as well more glass wear needed. ( wine and drinking ) . Positive side - great view from balcony , nice balcony furniture, quiet location and comfortable beds. I contacted Krain with these concerns but didn’t hear back. We’d stayed in the complex 4 years ago but in a different unit and found the experience much more positive. I would recommend the property to others if the above concerns were remedied.

  The condo is very nice and big. The views and property pools are amazing!
  Trouble with air conditioner. It was fixed but lasted two days then stopped working again. Management person was very nice and tried to be helpful but took some time to get a hold of him.
  Once we left he did not respond to wether we could get a credit. Would recommend unit- burn make sure you check ahead on air conditioner.

  The home is very nice. The view is incredible. The roads to get there are fun but difficult. Walking to activities wouldn't be easy, but driving only takes a few minutes. Dryer is rough and chewed up some of our clothes.

  Aside from poor comms on check in details, the neighbor who is employed by mgt co. jumped right in and got us immediate access. Appliances were in great condition. Beautiful condo. We were expecting one King size bed but both were queens. This didn't detract from our stay. We would return. The pool was great and we met lovely people there

  Very spacious apartment with nice view. Kitchen missing basic items; pasta drainer, large bowl for salad, wine glasses, vegetable peeler. All broken fry pans need to be replaced. Great washer & dryer. No cushions on the chairs on the deck. No night tables or lamps in the bedrooms. No safe for valuables.

  The Flamingo Towers is in a great location allowing easy access to Brasilito, Huacas and Potrero areas. Be warned that the road to Flamingo Towers has steep sections from either direction and a vehicle is a necessity. Sunset views are stunning. Parking is in the building and there is always friendly and helpful security present. There are two elevators so access to all floors is effortless. Nice pool areas that were well maintained. FT-24 itself was a good size condo. The unit is minimally furnished and could use a few additions (LR end & bedside tables for example). The folding chairs pictured are not present, so bring your own for the beach. Dishes were also minimal with very few glasses. The dishwasher did not work well. There is great washer/dryer in unit. There is no safe. The screen on the 2nd bedroom patio door does not latch and crashes loudly back and forth on windy nights. Overall we were very satisfied with FT-24 and would stay again. We only had one question that we sent to the property management company (Krain) about the condo, but they never responded.

  The place is nice and clean but to access the place you need a 4x4 and even in a 4X4 was bit difficult because the access road was in really bad shape. I would recomend it if oyr have a 4x4 and definetlly need a car to access places.

  Si deben de invertir en mantenimiento ya que las sillas del desayunador tenían el tapiz todo arrancado, un disco de la cocina no servía , los paños están manchados con cloro ...
  los muebles sillas de cocina , mesa y cómoda de el cuarto principal están raspados
  El aire es central y se tiene q usar a no menos de 25 grados lo cual hace el lugar muy caliente para poder estar
