This condo comfortably sleeps 5. It has a:
- King-size master bedroom with its own balcony access and en-suite full bathroom.
- Second bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk above, suitable for children or another adult; it also has its own bathroom.
- Large covered deck with patio furniture and partial views of the ocean.
- Central air conditioning system | Washer and dryer are available.

From Flamingo Towers you are just a short 5-10 min drive away from the quiet, family-friendly beaches of Playa Flamingo, Playa Potrero, and Playa Brasilito / Conchal; and 10 minutes away from restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Surfers ’paradise Tamarindo is just 30 minutes away.

We strongly recommend renting a car to make the most of the area. Because the building is at the top of a hill, we suggest a sturdy 4WD SUV.

  Condo was bright, clean, and well furnished. Grounds were well maintained.
  Just a 5 minute drive to beautiful Playa Flamingo. Many good restaurants and sodas in the area. Would recommend 4 wheel drive vehicle to easily handle the steep gravel roads.

  We had an amazing time staying in the flamingo tower. The apartment is big and extremely well equipped! The view is very beautiful. Although we didn’t have a direct beach view the apartments in front looked also beautiful and the amazing sunsets were still visible. We loved watching sunsets from the terrace.

  Condo très spacieux, éclairée et bien meublé. La cuisine est également bien équipée et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour faire à manger. La terrasse est très grande. On voit peu la mer car l'appartement est au 1er étage cependant on peu admirer la mer et les couchers de soleil dans les 2 piscine à notre disposition.

  We were greeted before we got to the door, the staff is super friendly and helped with figuring out extra amenities that I wanted. Bed was very comfy which is saying something in Costa Rica!
