This beautiful 3 bedroom / 3 bath includes a private pool, large deck, and open concept living with floor to ceiling window on two walls. It is located 14 miles from Liberia International Airport. This gated resort includes private beach access.

THE PROPERTY.
Our newly remodeled villa offers a private pool on a large terrace with patio and multiple seating areas. As you step inside, the large floor to ceiling glass doors bring the outdoors and the indoors together.
Villa amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, outside grill, washer/ dryer, 6 person dining table with an island with seating for 4, outside dining, Wi-Fi, cable, TV, air conditioning in each room, private pool and guest parking.

VILLAS SOL HOTEL & BEACH RESORT
Our guests can enjoy all Villas Sol's Resort amenities, free of charge. The resort is located on the beach and includes two pools and a jacuzzi. There is a game area and scheduled pool activities including pool volleyball, bingo, karaoke, foosball, ping pong, darts and signature Costa Rican cocktail classes. If you prefer not to walk, the resort shuttle transports our guests to the beach or pools and arrives at our villa every 15 minutes. There is a spa and 2 mini markets on site and amazing restaurants on the beach and other favorites right outside the entrance. Villas Sol is a gated resort with 24/7 security. You can also purchase on-site and all inclusive package for your family!

Our Playa Hermosa beach features great swimming, many delicious restaurants with incredible sunsets, live music, massages, pick up for boating adventures, jet ski rentals, kayaking, and more. Outside the gates are additional restaurants, coffee shops, another market and easy morning walks around the neighborhood.
The villa is only a 15-minute drive to Playas del Coco, where you can walk along the beach, find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. The villa is located only 30 minutes from Liberia International Airport.

  This was a last minute request as we had extra guests arriving. What started as a nightmare with another booking agency ended with superior service from Krain. Amazing customer service. Quick replies from the agency to all questions. 5 star service. Now let's talk about the villa! WOW. We were already staying in a Villa a short distance away. When we saw this Villa that our friends were staying in? Amazing. Lots of outdoor space. Lots of seating areas both outside and inside. The closet space is to die for. A short walk to reception and shuttles. A 10 minute walk to the supermarket. A short walk to an amazing restaurant "Gingers". And very close to all of the resorts amenities. Close but not too close. It's a short walk to the beach but it is a short steep walk lol. We love this area. It is not heavily commercialized. Lots of privacy. We will definitely be back.

  Villa 13 provided us with an unforgettable experience! The private pool, spacious deck, and living areas exceeded our expectations. Despite its proximity to the road, which didn't bother us, the villa's privacy and outdoor space more than compensated for it. Among all the villas, this one had the most beautiful and secluded yard. The master bedroom's en-suite with a king bed and walk-in closet offered luxurious comfort, while the well-equipped kitchen and outdoor grill provided convenient dining options. The private laundry facilities were a nice addition. Although we didn't utilize the resort amenities aside from the beach shuttle, they included access to pools, jacuzzi, and restaurant. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Expect daily visits from raccoons, cats, skunks, possums, and birds, as the villa seems to be on what we fondly call the "critter highway." The proximity to various beaches, towns, and activities made exploring the area effortless. The added benefit of KRAIN Concierges ensured a seamless vacation experience. They were attentive and promptly addressed any questions we had. We highly recommend Villa 13 to anyone seeking an unforgettable retreat in Costa Rica!

  Loved this place. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice gated community. The shuttle system was amazingly good. Only downside is that it is next to main road so can be noisy. Noise suppressing earphones were a good solution. Krain property management were very helpful.

  This villa was a great find! Would definitely stay here again. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, dipping pool, spacious patio, and nearby private washer/dryer made this a fantastic place for our group of 6, which included 2 kids under 5. Hosts thoughtfully provided dishes, plenty of containers for food storage, and laundry detergent which made it easy to stay without needing to buy extra supplies. Grocery store was a 20-min or so walk into town. Villa itself is lovely with a great view, good space, and only a few minutes' walk from the beach and restaurants!
  A couple small issues for the owners: no hot water in the smaller bathroom with shower, and fridge water dispenser didn't work but sounded like it was leaking somewhere out of sight. Those wouldn't deter us from staying here again.

  Loved the Villa Sol #13...Very Spacious, Great Location, Personal Pool was MY Favorite, Resort Pool is also Lovely. Expansive uncrowded Beaches, Beautiful Sunsets, Great Restaurants and the food was phenomenal. Maria the property manager took excellent care of us. Very quick to respond to all our questions and needs. This was such a Great Experience...we are ready to go back.

  This was just what we needed to relax, unwind, and enjoy each other and nature. We stayed in this warm, comfortable, and beautiful home for seven days and did nothing but take nature walks. We walked to the beach, through the trails, and to our favorite restaurant outside the resort-Gingers. We saw and heard new birds every day. We are definitely coming back and look forward to our next visit!
