Located in the sought-after neighborhood of Surfside Estates, Condo Mango Palm is a bright, open, newly renovated 2-bed, 2-bath condominium, two blocks from Potrero Beach. The first and second bedrooms have King beds each, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.

This condo shares a pool and cool jacuzzi with 7 other units in the complex.

The Master bedroom is set towards the back of the condo with sliding glass doors to the patio which also allow for ample sun, yet privacy. The front guest room also has sliders that lead to a Juliet balcony, which is perfect for your morning coffee. Both bedrooms boast walk-in closets for ample storage with a guest bath and closet separating the rooms.

A wonderful membership with the sailing center so you can enjoy their discounts and distractions from the place !!

The closest Airport is Daniel Oduber Quirós, located at about 60 minutes from this property. SJO Airport is 5 hours away.
Pets are not allowed.

The beach is just at a walking distance from this home and many others can be explored by car or golf carts.

We had a Nice stay in Potrero, a nice family friendly town. The apartment was really well equiped and looking very nice.

The main complaint that we have is the harbour club membership they advertise. It is expired and therefore you don’t get any of the discounts and free materials. So don’t be fooled, there is no free kayaking, no free snorkling gear and no discount at Hemmingways and when we asked them about it, they plainly lied. Making all sorts of promises to fix it, but we never heard about it during our 6 night stay.
I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, newly renovated and well equipped condo. Spotless. On a quiet unpaved road within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Corner first floor unit private with landscaping around the back terrace. High ceilings, large rooms, very tasteful and comfortable interior design.
