This condo just completed a full remodel from top to bottom, including all brand new furniture and appliances and air conditioning throughout.

The beautifully furnished living/dining room features a queen sized sleeper sofa, spacious dining table with comfortable seating for 8, and large glass doors that exit to the lower terrace. It also features a 60 inch SMART TV that is loaded with 100’s of channels, including all major US sports packages and movie channels + Netflix and Amazon Prime. The fully equipped kitchen includes quartz counters with bar top seating for 3 , custom cabinetry throughout and a ninja blender and coffee bean grinder to set the scene for memorable meals and libations.

A large mud room was created near the entry that includes a full-size washer & dryer and lots of storage including concealed shoe racks. It also includes a spacious private walk-in shower with a hand sprayer for quick changing after a day at the beach.

The Main Bedroom Suite has a king size bed and walk out sliding door to the private wrap around terrace. It also features a built-in desk/coffee and wine bar with USB outlets and a built-in refrigerator.

The ensuite bathroom includes dual sinks and a custom walk-in shower with 5-piece body spray, two large rain shower heads, a sitting bench and most importantly, stunning picture window views of the Pacific Ocean.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds that can be converted into king. Both secondary bedrooms include ceiling fans, AC and custom closets with ample storage space and custom furniture.

You are just 60 minutes from Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia and 25 minutes from Tamarindo and Playa Grande.   We really enjoyed our stay at Flamingo Cove 10. The view is absolutely spectacular (I miss it) and there was wildlife that could be spotted right from the deck on most days. The kitchen was well stocked though in terms of improvements, a BBQ would be helpful. The beds are very comfy though the sheets in the master could be upgraded. You can easily walk to two beaches from the unit which are a 17 minute walk in either direction. The walk up is tough but kept us in shape! The property manager (Tony with some help from Carlos) was very helpful and sorted out any issues very quickly. We would rent here again. The value was excellent.
