Casa Pantera, brand new house with an open floor combining local Guanacaste woodwork and glass doors that invites you to a great terrace with a unique infinity pool design. Just few steps away from the breathtaking Playa Potrero, within a short walk you can enjoy a nice swim in the calm blue water of the Pacific.
It´s fully equipped kitchen area offers a dining area, that connects to the spacious and comfortable living room area and working space. As well it connects with its open terrace with outdoor pool and BBQ area that invites you to gather with family.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and its own private bathroom.
The two guest bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds and shared a large bathroom. One of the rooms have access to the pool area and the other room has a beautiful garden view.
We are also located just a few minutes’ drive from famous beaches such as Flamingo, Penca, Prieta, Pan de Azúcar, Danta and Dantita. If you are driving take the chance and explore the surrounding areas, you won´t regret as the nature scenarios you can enjoy are the best!

Our concierge can help you arrange different activities to help you make the most of your Costa Rican vacation like sailing, stand up paddle boarding, white water rafting, deep sea fishing, ATV adventures, surfing, snorkeling/scuba diving and horseback riding. If you’re feeling more adventurous, drive a little further and visit Rincón de la Vieja, or one of Costa Rica’s many national parks, and enjoy rainforests, volcanos, hot springs, waterfalls and an amazing variety of wildlife.   The house was amazing... clean, beautiful, secure, and comfortable. The pool was delightful, and the location was convenient to the beach and restaurants.
  The only down side is that it backs up to a brewery that played loud music at night, and shot off fireworks at 1AM. We would stay there again, just be sure to bring a sound machine to drown them out if you go to bed early.

  This home was the perfect size & location for a family of 4. My walk to the beach was 7 minutes. Convenient to lots of restaurants, as well as within short drive of Playas Grande & Coco.
  
  House was well-equipped. Our only hiccup was the stovetop wouldn't ignite, but silver lining was we visited more of the local restaurants. Pool was perfect for evening dips and screen on primary bathroom door allowed for quicker cooldown. All-in-all, you won't be disappointed.

  Excellence stay! Jessica & Tony TOTALLY took care of us during our time in CR. Layout of the house was perfect for a family of 4. Love the open concept and the pool was the right size & depth. We walked everywhere for our 4 days. The house is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and all the nearby restaurants. We also found nearby Yoga and a gym for our boys to lift weights. 5 star experience!

  We loved staying at Casa Pantera! This is a bright and modern bungalow that offers comfortable and modern accommodations. Loved the open layout of the house and the super cool looking pool, where we swam every day. It's great for a family or small group. The house features everything you need - plus central AC and great entertainment. It's private, safe and walking distance from the beach. The beach at Potrero is one of the calmest and most beautiful in the area. Krain, and especially Tony, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.
