Even better, it is less than a 5-minute drive to the beautiful beach of Playa Hermosa and all of the restaurants and beach life!

When entering Villa Dos Playas, you will immediately be in awe of the large open living space, the vaulted ceilings with impressive teak beams, the abundant natural light, and sweeping 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean. You will never want to leave this home!

There is plenty of room for entertaining inside or outside, with large, covered outdoor spaces to enjoy rain or shine, the highest quality outdoor furniture, and an outdoor grill center and dining table for dining with the sunsets. This home is centered around a beautiful infinity edge pool, perfect for lounging during the day or night. From this magnificent home, you can see the Papagayo Peninsula (home of the Four Seasons Hotel), the famous surf spot of Witches’ Rock, and even, in the distance, the country of Nicaragua.

The home features dual principal bedrooms, each having king beds, its own en-suite bath, and stunning views of the ocean. The third bedroom features a king bed. The fourth bedroom has two queen beds and can serve as an overflow kids’ room for those families traveling together with children.

Upon request, our concierge team can order in-home chef services, in-home massage services, daily tours, excursions, etc.

Using this home as a base, you can drive from 5 to 30 minutes to forest preserves, volcanoes, the Santa Rosa National Park, wildlife refuges, zip-lining, and countless water activities. Your guests can enjoy taking morning walks on the beach, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, and deep-sea fishing. And then, at night, they can come home to share their experiences with you.

While this home is located in a peaceful and tranquil area, the nightlife of Playas del Coco is only ten minutes away. You truly have the best of both worlds with this home! This home is located only 20 minutes from the Liberia International Airport, and our KRAIN Concierge Team can assist with airport shuttles, rental cars, or black car service. NOTE: By design, the area of the hidromasage in this home does NOT have railings. Walking on or near the edge is forbidden and all guests understand and accept the risk, especially when children are present. Children shall not be left unattended, and we do not recommend they be near. Guests shall be fully responsible for all actions, harm, expenses, or any consequential or accidental damages that may occur. Also, Hermosa Heights development is growing by adding new homes, which this home is in, there may be some construction noise during regular business hours. For most of our guests, this is not a problem because they are at the beach, pool, or out exploring during the day. Still, we like to fully disclose this to our guests. We suggest considering the option of renting a car, as it can greatly enhance your experience of the area around the house, allowing you to easily explore and embark on exciting adventures at your convenience.

  The house and views were amazing, but it definitely is not within walking distance to any shops or restaurants like the listing said. If we had known we would have gotten groceries or eaten before heading up the hill. Uber is definitely the most reasonable way to go to Playa del Coco and Hermosa not taxi. Some basics in the kitchen like olive oil, coffee, ice, basic spices would have been helpful too. The house is spectacular, but a few little amenities would have made it perfect. Only other negative us they are building a house right next door and they start working very early like 6:30am which also would have been nice to know in advance.

  Views were breathtaking! The pictures don’t really capture how amazing the views were. The Villa was lovely and had everything we could possibly need. Property management was very responsive and helpful. We could have spent from sunrise to sunset on the patio and in the pool! Unanimously agreed it was the best rental property experience ever.
