The condo is only a 6 minute walk to Coco Beach, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. The condo is located 30 minutes from Liberia International Airport. We are also located 30 to 40 minutes drive from different beaches such as Hermosa, Ocotal, Flamingo, Penca. If you are driving, take the chance and explore the surrounding areas, you won't regret it as the nature scenarios you can enjoy are the best!

  Superbe condo neuf, très propre. Nous avons grandement profité de la piscine et de la cour extérieur en fin de journée après nos activités à l'extérieur. Très satisfait du service rendu par le gestionnaire de la réservation. La plage, les restaurants et les supermarchés se font sont à courte distance. Le condo se situe dans un emplacement où il y a de la construction en cours mais nous n'avons jamais été gêné par le bruit puisque nous quittions le condo en matinée pour revenir en milieu d'après-midi. Je recommande cette location sans hésiter!
