Villa Jazmin 101 is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium with a swimming pool in the splendid beachfront community of Surfside. It’s a short walk from here to Potrero Beach and to multiple restaurants, bars and other attractions.

There are also newly renovated bathrooms, new high-efficiency air conditioning, secure parking and 24/7 security. High-speed fiber optic internet allows you to work and play online, and you can always walk to the beach for a quick dip in the ocean.

Surfside is a small but vibrant community between Potrero and Flamingo that is brimming with restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores, tour agencies and a sailing center. Most of these businesses are located on one short, easily walkable main street that connects to the beach.

All kinds of adventure tours are offered nearby, including deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, sunset cruises, ziplining, atv rentals and animal rescue centers.

  This rental had a few things wrong with it right when we walked in. The air conditioning and the living room was not working. Also, the toilet in the master bathroom was leaking sewage. Maintenance came and fixed both of these problems but still my party had to deal with this, for the first two days that we were there and the AC continued to malfunction.

  The condo is very centrally located in surfside. The little pool in the pool is not a hot tub - which I had hoped for - and the neighbors are really close - so don't expect privacy around the pool or quietness - if the neighbors decide to stay up and party like ours did. Overall, it's a nice spot though - within easy walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. Not sure it would be good to walk alone at night though...?
